J.A.C.K. Sanctuary

An organization in Southern DRC that rescues chimps from the wildlife trade.

It is thought that nearly half of the chimpanzees living in the wild are in the DRC. Unfortunately, these chimpanzees are being poached, eaten and sold. J.A.C.K. Sanctuary  exists to facilitate wildlife confiscations by the authorities. J.A.C.K. works with the DRC Ministry of the Environment to enforce laws regarding wildlife and endangered species, providing immediate care and a long term home for animals in need. Visit Website.
